We propose a ground-sky solution in the centre of the municipality of Lenno (Tremezzina)
The house can only be reached on foot along a short stretch of road compared to public parking lots located in the immediate vicinity.
The house is spread over two floors and is now divided into two apartments connected by a spiral staircase located just outside the entrances of the two apartments and in any case inside the property.
The apartment on the first floor consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake, a dining room open to the living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a comfortable closet.
The apartment on the second floor is similar to the apartment on the first floor but to enjoy another beautiful terrace with an even more panoramic view is the only bedroom; for the rest we find: a kitchen, a dining room with living room, a bathroom and a closet.
