LOCATION and AREA
: The private property is located in an unique area between Lu Impostu Marina and Puntaldia. About 900 meters from the villa there are the tourist port and the centre of Puntaldia, where you will find all the necessary services, such as restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops.
Nearby we recommend you visit the following beaches: Lu Impostu, La Cinta, Isuledda, Cala Brandinchi, Cala d'Ambra, Capo Coda Cavallo. About 50 km away there is the famous Costa Smeralda, which offers entertainment for all tastes and wonderful beaches and small coves.
