From the living room you can access a terrace, for an outdoor lunch accompanied by the lapping of the waves, from which, through a staircase, you reach the large solarium terrace that forms the roof of the entire dock, enjoying the spectacle of unique and unforgettable sunsets on the water.
From all the windows, as from both terraces, the view of the lake is unique and breathtaking.
On the lower floor, connected by an internal staircase, there is the sleeping area with a 220 x 200 cm super king size double bed and a wardrobe-wardrobe, flat screen TV and Sonos Hi-Fi stereo.
