This Villa is located on the western shore of Lake Como, in the center of the small village of Laglio .
The Villa is the perfect place for an elegant Italian holiday by the lake. It is the perfect refuge for those seeking privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of Northern Italy.
It is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 5000 sqm dating back to the eighteenth century; You can also enjoy wide and spectacular views of Lake Como .
With its elegant atmosphere , refined and sophisticated decor, it can accommodate up to ten guests with five double bedrooms , 3 of them with en-suite bathrooms and the other 2 share a common bathroom .
The Villa has a swimming pool with Roman steps and a large poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers that invite guests to sit and relax.
The ground floor has a main entrance, a large living room with a 17th century marble fireplace and comfortable sofas . The ground floor also features an elegant studio, a reading room with a pool table and a dining room with a 17th-century stone fireplace. On the same floor you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, a guest bathroom with shower and a pantry.
Please note that the laundry room can only be used by the service staff and/or at the request of the guests on the direction of the service staff.
On the first floor you can find :
Master room with lake view, TV, direct access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub;
Two double bedrooms with TVs sharing a bathroom with bath and shower and a sitting area ;
A double bedroom suite with TV, small living room , en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the second floor you can find :
A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
A staff room , that is used by one person of the staff who overnights in Villa .
Please note that the Villa shares the entrance gate and the parking area with La Foresteria that is the house where the owners live ; this house remains in total privacy from the main Villa .
Please also note that the Villa is not directly to the lake. Guests can reach the lake and the private dock , which is equipped with an 8-meter pier, comfortably crossing a bridge that connects the garden to the dock and a large and private solarium.
